Air Source Heat Pump

Our client had previously been heating their house with electric storage heaters, so the idea of heating their house solely on electricity was not a new idea. However electric storage heaters are highly inefficient.

As Gt. Yarmouth Heating has been in the heating industry a long time, we could offer our client an oil fired condensing combination boiler along with many other forms of heating. Together we looked into the certain aspects of each system and what this meant for our client.

Our client went forward with the installation of the Mitsubishi Ecodan 8.5 KW air source heat pump. Giving them great benefits such as the Renewable heating incentive payback and lower running costs. Gt. Yarmouth Heating offered the whole package of installing the full heating system along with an unvented hot water cylinder, all electrics by our own electricians and Air Source heat pump.

The ASHP was installed on the west facing wall, sited on sound attenuating legs with anti vibration pads onto the pre-prepared base, we then ran the pipes externally into the roof space and then into the airing cupboard. All external pipes are lagged to prevent heat loss and ensure efficiency

As a dedicated plumbing and heating business we are dedicated to finding what product will work best for you.
